Experience the art of making Asian dumplings in this interactive cooking class led by the talented Chef Chelsea. Begin by creating a delicious filling from ground pork, finely chopped shrimp, scallions, a pinch of salt, and a dash of soy sauce. Next, you'll learn to expertly place a small amount of filling into the center of each wonton wrapper, fold the wrapper to enclose the filling, and seal the edges. Finally, your dumplings will be cooked to perfection, ready for you to taste and enjoy.
