Frost Bank Center parking: event-day arrival guide

For most events, doors open one hour before the scheduled start, but event-specific timing can differ. The box office opens on event days only, three hours before the scheduled start time. Oversized bags can be stored in Secure Binbox lockers for $10. Locker locations are outside the Main East Entrance near Black and Orange Lots, and the Michelob Ultra Club Entrance near Freeman Coliseum or Silver Lot.

Parking transactions are cashless: debit and credit cards and tap-to-pay options such as Apple Pay and Google Wallet are accepted, but cash is not. Check Frost Bank Center’s official site before you go for event-specific details and schedules.

Accessible parking spaces are designated in the Red, Silver, Black, Orange and Teal Lots. Availability and pricing may vary by event. A valid ADA placard or license plate must be properly displayed to use an accessible space. For a disabled-veteran plate, the registered certificate holder must be in the vehicle and have valid identification.

Tailgating on venue property and overnight parking are prohibited. If you are arranging a drop-off, use any open parking-lot gate. Limousines and buses must enter through Pink gate.

VIA bus Route 24 serves Frost Bank Center Drive, giving you a fixed-route option for reaching the venue.

The published Route 24 schedule identifies Route 222 HAYS / E. as a lineup connection. Check the relevant VIA schedule for the service details that fit your event timing.

VIA Link is a different option: it is an on-demand shared ride booked within a zone by mobile app or phone, rather than a bus running on a fixed schedule. The Route 25 / VIA L map shows service along Frost Bank Center Drive. Confirm current service information with VIA when planning your trip.

For post-event rideshare or driver pickup, follow the venue’s designated route rather than arranging a meeting on a surrounding street.
